Once I hit 200+ lbs in 2019, I started having gallbladder attacks and decided to try losing weight. I was shocked by how easy it was and am convinced that people who have trouble losing weight just can't control themselves around food. It's not rocket science, if you can't lose weight then you're eating too much. Your body has been used to running on a certain amount of food, so you have to train it to run on less. This page shows my daily food intake where literally everything I ingest is posted here, except for all the plain water I drink and the one piece of gum I chew after each meal.
My meals are... Breakfast: two pancakes with 4 chocolate chips each, microwaved frozen blueberries in between, a very small amount of syrup on each, and a small glass of 1% milk. Lunch: one fried egg with one strip of bacon on top of a bagel with a very small amount of margarine, and one apple cut into pieces. Snack: small bowl of mixed cereal with shredded wheat and chocolate cheerios with 1% milk. Dinner: homemade thin crust pizza with three strips of bacon, mushrooms, green pepper, cheese, and sauce. Or, bowl of cut up penne pasta with sauce. All ingredients measured out. Dessert: two homemade chocolate cookies with glass of 1% milk.
